Scope
Ariel Acupuncture – a fertility-specialized service - was established for two reasons:
A natural increase in demand for IVF support through acupuncture resulting from astounding advances into researching the effects of acupuncture on reproductive therapies, as well as, practical application of acupuncture in real clinical situations with unprecedented results.
Recent high quality research which definitely validates the role of acupuncture in significantly enhancing IVF specifically and improving fertility in general. This research proves the advantage of combining acupuncture with IVF to achieve higher success rates in blastocyst (fertilized egg) implantation resulting with pregnancy.
Why are we different?
Whereas most acupuncture clinics supporting IVF focus only on improving the IVF success rate, in addition to that, Ariel Acupuncture offers a more comprehensive service, with advice tailored to your specific individual needs. We don’t focus merely on improving your IVF success rate – we also assess all the relevant factors specific to you, to help you with your decision on which approach to take (e.g. IVF; preliminary fertility treatments; etc. see your options for more information). This approach ensures the optimal outcome for you, and for your baby’s health.

As an acupuncture clinic we never assume a medical role. We always recommend and support following the advice of your fertility doctor. We also do our best to communicate and inform the IVF clinic with the procedures that may be relevant for them to know about for your benefit.
In many cases, however, the choice to whether commence with IVF or continue trying ‘naturally’ to conceive, or, at times, take both approaches is left for the couple to make. This may be very difficult due to so many variables for each individual case. Our role is to help you get through these challenging times with the best possible sound advice.
